Through experiential healing processes, this work helps bypass the mind’s habitual defense mechanisms to access deeper layers of the subconscious, emotional body, and soul. These approaches can create shifts by accessing unconscious material in hours that may otherwise take years to uncover through more analytical methods. As unconscious material comes into awareness, long-held emotional wounds, identity structures, and limiting beliefs can begin to release and reorganize.

Some sessions involve deep inner child healing, subconscious regression work, shadow integration, or transpersonal processes that reconnect you with wounded, fragmented, or disowned aspects of yourself. During this formative period, the subconscious absorbs impressions from the consciousness of both mother and father, often carrying forward beliefs, emotions, fears, expectations, and survival patterns that were never truly our own.

This transformational process takes you back to the earliest stage of your existence, before conscious memory, to explore the origins of those patterns.

Through guided, intuitive inner work, we examine the emotional atmosphere present before birth and the influences surrounding the developing child. As these unconscious patterns are brought into awareness, it becomes possible to release inherited emotional and energetic imprints that were never yours to carry, and reconnect with the deeper truth of who you are.

Sometimes the challenges we face did not begin with us. However, this process is not about specific memories or about blaming our parents for our present-day circumstances. Rather, it is about understanding how inherited beliefs, ancestral patterning, and early conditioning continue to show up in our lives, so that we can have more freedom and choice in the present.

A RoHun Therapy Process

RoHun Therapy is a highly specialized, accelerated form of transpersonal and psycho-spiritual therapy. At the core of RoHun Therapy is the belief that all individuals possess a spiritual and energetic dimension that significantly influences emotional and mental well-being.

Unlike more traditional therapies that work mostly on illuminating the mind, RoHun works at a soul level and goes beyond the limitations of the ego. This is energy-based healing and transpersonal psychology at its best.

Our bodies keep track of and store the emotional trauma we experience.

Emotional blocks are created and held in the energy centers of the body, and these blocks of energy can take on a life force of their own, profoundly influencing our behavior, our thoughts, and our feelings.

The RoHun process is highly interactive and utilizes the client’s energy system in creative interaction with the therapist’s energy field to bring about deep and insightful change.

The therapist identifies negative thought patterns and emotional imprints stored within the client’s energy field, and together the client and therapist relieve these energy blocks and replace them with more positive and effective ways of living – releasing negative emotions, facing fears, clearing self-limiting thoughts, and developing compassion and forgiveness.

This allows the client to live more freely on their own terms, attract healthier relationships, and create opportunities to bring hopes and dreams to fruition.
