At Soul Collaborators, the Restore phase focuses on restoring balance within your body and nervous system. When your system is overwhelmed, depleted, under prolonged stress, or navigating illness, your body often reflects this through tension, fatigue, or a mind that cannot rest.
Through grounding and energy healing practices, the nervous system begins to calm, stress held in the body is released, and balance is restored within the energy field. As your nervous system regulates, your body’s natural healing processes become more accessible.
Your physical state is closely connected to your mental, emotional, and energetic experience. When these systems fall out of alignment, it influences how you think, feel, and move through life. By working with the body and energy field together, this stage creates the conditions for greater stability, clarity, and vitality.

Reiki
Reiki is an energy-based practice of Japanese origin. Through gentle touch or hands held just above the body, Reiki works with universal or life force energy to support healing, restore balance, and improve the flow of energy throughout the body.
Clients experience Reiki as deeply calming and restorative. It promotes relaxation, reduces stress, relieves tension, and supports the body’s natural ability to heal.
Reiki also brings greater balance to the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of the self.
Reiki is increasingly used in hospitals, hospice settings, and wellness environments as a complementary practice alongside conventional medical care.
Clients leave the session feeling more balanced, grounded, and at ease.
Sessions are typically offered in person, with offsite and distance sessions available when needed. Reiki is not a substitute for care from your licensed medical providers.

In-Depth Healing
This restorative energy healing session calms the nervous system, supports the body’s natural healing process, and promotes rest and recovery. The treatment is personalized to your needs and intention at the time of the session.
Focus is on addressing areas of tension, energetic imbalance, emotional heaviness, mental or physical depletion, and stagnation in the energy field.
The session begins with Lotus Healing, a technique used to clear energetic blocks along the spinal column and restore greater vitality and energy flow throughout the body. Elements of sound therapy, crystal healing, breathwork, or other restorative modalities may also be incorporated into the session.
Higher vibrational energies of divine love, light, and healing are invoked, and energy is directed where it is most needed. The body and energy field are scanned throughout the session, allowing areas of imbalance, stagnation, or energetic disturbance to be addressed intuitively and responsively. Chakras are scanned and balanced, negative energy is released, and the session concludes with grounding and energetic integration.

This vibrational healing session combines colour therapy with sacred sound to support energetic balance, emotional release, and restoration within the body and energy field. The treatment incorporates colour pomanders, Bio-Sonic tuning forks, sound bowls, and other healing instruments to work with the vibrational qualities of sound, colour, and frequency.
Sacred names may be spoken throughout the session as part of the healing process, invoking higher spiritual energies and deepening the energetic work. Different colors and sound frequencies correspond to specific chakras and areas of the body, allowing the treatment to help restore balance, vitality, and energetic alignment throughout the system.
