By searching, I discovered a deeper, wiser, more loving Self
I have been a lifelong journey of self-discovery, seeking purpose and a connection to my true self. This path has led me to a deeper consciousness, spiritual awareness, and the unraveling of unhelpful behavior patterns, allowing me to navigate life’s complexities with grace and compassion.
This extraordinary journey has taken me around the world, on a divine path of learning and knowledge-seeking. Through it all, my search always brought me back to trusting my inner experience, ultimately revealing that the most transformative act is self-love. Through this quest, I have learned that we all share the same flawed thoughts and deepest desires.

I honor the courageous humanity in all of us. We carry our lived experiences and personal stories with dignity, whether buried in the unconscious mind or manifesting physically. These unseen stories shape our beliefs, values, and behaviors more than we realize.
We can choose to rediscover and recreate our stories with greater awareness, transforming, connecting, healing, and loving. By consciously engaging with our soul, we can weave a new reality that illuminates all our buried thoughts, feelings, and experiences. By accessing the inner guidance available to us, we can achieve the results we want and deserve for our lives.

It’s taken most of my life, trusting myself and my intuition, to understand and accept my gifts of clairvoyant empathy and our ability to partner with invisible energies. Called from the ethers, I found my voice and began to uncover the highest expression of myself, discovering that we can reach higher dimensions of light to touch the sacred.

Throughout my personal journey, my soul has been drawn to seek out transformational and mindful experiences. Along the way, I have been invited to deepen my understanding of the natural world, expand my curiosity, and reflect on our profound connection to one another.
When you see your story as part of a much bigger picture, one filled with mystery and awe, you open to the mystery of your life, and the greater mystery in which all life is held. This is where true healing begins.
A mind stretched by a new experience can never go back to its old dimensions
On my healing path, I’ve worked with Shamanic Healers in Peru’s Sacred Valley, California’s desert, and Sedona’s red rocks. I’ve participated in ceremonial parades in India, Cambodia, and Peru, experienced rites and blessings from various faiths, observed sacred ceremonies on the River Ganges in Varanasi, and found stillness in Jerusalem’s holy places and on the plains of Africa. I’ve had life-changing connection with gorillas in Rwanda’s jungle, sat in reverence in old cathedrals, and stood in awe beneath the pyramids of Giza.
We all have a longing to connect with deeper truths about our existence and explore the unseen dimensions of life that guide our growth and transformation.
Many paths, one destination
There are many paths to physical health, emotional wellness, transformation and individuation. My journey has been one of balance and integration.
What is true for me is that modern medicine with its diagnostics and surgical interventions has been life-saving, and conventional talk therapy and newer modalities such as EMDR and Focusing Therapy have been transformative and empowering.
There are many modalities that emphasize releasing trauma, forgiving, making peace with your past, living in gratitude and embracing the present moment. I would love to help you find the path that resonates with you.
